Youth empowerment is a processes where children and young people are encouraged to take charge of their lives. By addressing this Adullam Africa allows them to take action in order to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values and attitudes. Youth empowerment aims to improve quality of life. Youth empowerment is achieved through participation in youth empowerment programs.
There are numerous models that youth empowerment programs use that help youths achieve empowerment. A variety of youth empowerment initiatives are underway around the world. These programs can be through nonprofit organization, government organization, schools or private organization. Youth empowerment is different from youth development because development is centered on developing individuals while empowerment is focused on creating community change

Psychological Empowerment

Through contribution we teach our youths entrepreneurial skills, how to take ownership of their assets and how to have income security.

Social inclusion and literacy as well as helping youths find the resources to be a proactive in their communities.
Cultural Empowerment
Creating cultural practices and redefine cultural rules and norms for youths. Through this dimension of empowerment, programs can work on empowering youths in one or more aspects of their lives
Organization Empowerment
We create base of resources for community, including voluntary organizations, union and association that aims to protect, promote and advocate for the powerless.
Goals Of Youth Empowerment
Creating healthier and higher quality of life for underprivileged or at risk youths. A healthy youth should possess these competencies such as; *positive sense of self, *self-control, *good decision making skills, *moral system of belief, *pro-social connectedness
